Jim Staley Jim Staley — Pastor / Director
Jim Staley is the director of Passion for Truth Ministries, Pastor/Teacher of Passion for Truth Fellowship in St. Charles, Missouri, as well as the director for 'The Final Return Conference' that travels nationally to different cities throughout the country each year. He is one of America's newest and freshest Hebraic teachers and brings an articulate, entertaining, Spirit-led, and down-to-earth style to his teachings. He has one of the strongest grasps on first century Judaism and early Christianity around today and has been asked to speak at congregations, radio shows, and television programs all over the world.

For years, Jim was an evangelical Christian apologist in his area, teaching Christians defense of the bible, evangelism techniques, and bible study classes. He then had a supernatural experience and introduction to understanding the Bible through the Hebraic (original author’s) mindset. Ten years later, he has dedicated his life to teaching others the same amazing life-changing Truths that have transformed him and his family. Jim has been seen as a programmer on God's Learning Channel, has been featured on Sky Angel Network, WorldNet Daily, and his teachings and messages can be heard daily and weekly on several radio stations around the country. His messages consistently hold the #1 spot in the Christianity section on the world’s largest podcasting site (www.jim-staley.podomatic.com), has a growing fan base on YouTube (www.youtube.com/passionfortruthvideo) and can be seen live each Saturday night at 5pm CST at www.passionfortruth.com.

Jim, with his wife Cheryl, is also the proud parent of six beautiful daughters and currently resides in St. Charles, Missouri. Bringing restoration to families and marriages through the power of HIS Word is Jim's ultimate driving passion.  His life’s desire is to help believers everywhere draw closer to the Father by understanding the Truth of the scriptures from their original cultural context (Hebraic perspective) and to apply them in faith for today.

Adam Barbee — Video Editor
Adam was born and raised in St. Louis, and received his degree in Television Production from Southeast Missouri which turned into a job in the TV industry. Adam worked as the Sports Photojournalist for two television stations (Jefferson City and Wichita). Adam is passionate about sports and loved covering them professionally, but soon realized he was not as happy spiritually as he wanted to be and desired to have a job that would allow him to come closer to Yahweh. Adam feels extremely blessed to be on staff with PFT, where this desire of his heart is now becoming fulfilled. He loves the vision and where the ministry is heading, and hopes to use his talents as an editor to help push this ministry forward into the future.
Penelope Conway — Web Director
Penelope made a cross country move to accept her call to PFT in 2012. She brought with her a robust skill-set developed in the years she spent working in the corporate world and in ministry. Penelope also has a Bachelor of Theology from Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary in Tampa, FL. Penelope is most excited to have "the opportunity to use cutting-edge technology to reach the world with the truth of Yeshua." While she is not taking PFT to the next level of excellence in all things web-related, she enjoys playing classical guitar, reading, traveling, and solving puzzles.
Alvaro Martinez — Spanish Translator
Alvaro was the purchasing director for the 4th largest tobacco company in the country before joining Passion for Truth as full-time Spanish Translator in the Fall of 2012. He feels blessed by “the privilege and the opportunity YHVH has given me to work for the advancement of His Kingdom” and feels it is an honor to be “a channel through which many Spanish speaking Israelites will begin to hear the Real Truth of our Scriptures.” He moved to St. Charles to accept the position and has enjoyed getting to know his new mishpacha.
Jake Neeter — Video Editor
Jake has grown up in Messianic Judaism from birth. After several years in leadership in the oldest Messianic Jewish congregation in St. Louis, Jake joined Passion for Truth in 2008. He is grateful to the Father every day for getting to be involved with a ministry that desires to spread the reality of the Torah, Yeshua and the covenants into every home on the planet. Jake is married to his wife Laura and has two beautiful daughters. He's a graduate of the University of Missouri, St. Louis with a BA in English and Secondary Education Certification.
Jim Riley — Shipping Coordinator
David Robinson — Tech Director
David Robinson was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina. Early on in his career he obtained degrees in aerospace technology and audio engineering, eventually opening his own recording studio in North Carolina. He would go on to do other work as an audio engineer before taking on a management position with Blackbird Studio in Tennessee. He got a hold of several Passion for Truth teachings and felt so passionately about the message that he began volunteering his time to help improve audio quality for teachings. In 2012, David accepted a full-time position with PFT and he and his family finally made the move to St. Charles, MO. David loves playing the guitar and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoys playing golf with his wife Diana Lynn and spending time with his kids, Calah and Kyle.
Megan Rucker — Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Megan Rucker has extensive training and experience in customer service and front desk operations. Megan has a strong passion for people, the gift of intercession, and the heart of an encourager. Megan looks forward forward to the spiritual growth she intends to experience and witness as an employee of Passion for Truth: "I know that being around like-minded believers throughout my day really ignites the growing process. It is not only the growth in my own spiritual walk that excites me but witnessing the growth in others." When Megan is not at PFT, you will find her singing with her husband, spending time with her Mishpacha, playing her dog Tucker, or talking to her family in San Diego.
Matthew Totra — Office Manager
Matthew has been with Passion for Truth Ministries since November of 2010. He spent 5 years in Retail Management before coming to Passion for Truth where he is blessed with the opportunity to serve Yah and take His message to the nations. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and enjoys all things computer related and technology. He loves talking to people, listening and helping others.
Dave Wilber — Bookkeeper
Before coming to Passion for Truth, Dave worked as a Litigation Support Clerk at Hazelwood & Weber in St. Charles, MO. Dave loves to write, talk about theology and philosophy, and play guitar and bass with the PFT Worship Team. According to Dave, his favorite part about working at PFT is “being able to directly be part of an amazing ministry which is changing lives around the world.”
